KT Farms, located in Northeastern Pennsylvania started in 2009 when Joe Klem planted 2,000 Douglas fir transplants on his parent’s property with grant money from the FFA. At a young age, Joe knew what he wanted to do and with help from his father he began planting a diverse range of evergreen and deciduous trees for the landscape industry. After years of hard work and dedication, as well as help from other farmers, neighbors, customers and family the business has grown into a 400-acre wholesale nursery providing top quality nursery stock.
